What types of golf equipment do you sell?

We specialise in premium, tour-level golf equipment for the discerning player. Our range includes Drivers, Fairways, Hybrids, Driving Irons, Irons, Wedges, Putters, and a selection of high-performance Balls. You can also browse our collection By Colour to match your style.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your items, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your delivery details and choose your preferred payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. We also offer a secure checkout via PayPal for your convenience.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to ensure all your payment details are handled securely and are never shared with unauthorised parties.

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?

We are proud to ship our equipment globally! However, we are currently unable to deliver to some remote locations and parts of Asia. If you are unsure about your location, please contact us at [email protected] to check availability before ordering.

What are my delivery options and costs?

We offer two reliable shipping options to provide flexibility and value:
Standard Shipping: Costs £12.95. Delivered by DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Includes full tracking.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £50. Delivered by EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 working days for us to carefully process your order in our London warehouse. Delivery times then depend on your chosen shipping method and destination. All delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. Please note that international orders can be subject to delays due to customs clearance.

Will I have to pay any extra fees for my international order?

For orders shipped outside the UK, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering, as COBRA Shop has no control over these costs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number on the courier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your package’s journey.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Who pays for the return shipping?

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
