The Stealth 2 Plus Fairway wood has been given an amazing piece of technology that completely changes the perception of what a fairway wood can do. A large 50g front-to-back sliding weight has been added to the sole which has the ability to dramatically affect the launch angle and spin characteristics of your shot. When the weight is placed at the back, the launch will be higher with higher levels of spin. When placed all the way forward, launch and spin will be markedly lower, whilst a centred weight position offers more balanced performance. When this superb new addition is combined with the 2° adjustable loft sleeve, the golfer now has the ability to fine tune ball flight in a manner never seen before.

TaylorMade’s superb Inverted Cone Technology has been further refined and improved in the Stealth 2 and this variable face thickness helps to maximise ball speeds and distance on shots struck anywhere on the face.The centre of gravity (CoG) has been lowered on the Stealth 2, which provides the new model with superior performance when used off the deck with sacrificing anything in the way of distance. The TaylorMade engineers have positioned heavy mass toward the rear of the head and have also lowered the crown by 2mm. Turf interaction has always been excellent on TaylorMade fairways, and that is certainly the case with the TaylorMade Stealth 2 Fairway with its tour proven V-Steel Sole Design providing excellent versatility and giving the golfer the ability to hit quality shots from a multitude of differing lies.
