Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been authorized and you receive an order confirmation email.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary during holiday periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

4.4 Delivery Issues

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as received

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, golf balls cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our warehouse. Please choose your golf balls carefully.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions
3. Ship the item with the RA number to the address provided
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days

5.4 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for changes of mind, wrong size/colour, etc. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and approve the return. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind.
